Appointment Cancellation Policy
A 24-Hour notice is required for the cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Failure to give 24-Hour notice or not coming to a scheduled appointment may result in being billed $30 for the session. In case of an accident, weather-related causes or any other emergencies, if the appointment can be rescheduled within the week, or the appointment can be filled, the $30 may be waived at the discretion of the Acupuncturist. Insurance companies CANNOT be billed for missed appointments.
Our goal of this policy is not to earn money from this policy, but simply to highlight the importance of keeping your appointments and to help us in making our clinic scheduling availability open and available to all our patients.

Our clinic is conveniently located in the Alphabet District of NW Portland, two blocks from Good Samaritan Hospital and Oregon Reproductive Medicine.
